In the first coaching session:

You and I will get to know each other.

You will discover some of the areas of your life that you wish to work on.

In the following coaching sessions:

You will prioritize which area you will want to work on first.

You will develop a SMART goal .  
That is a goal that is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time specific.

I will hold you accountable each week for the work that you decide you want to do to
accomplish your goal.
-------------
I will ask questions that will provide opportunities for self-exploration,
and exercises that will help you to gain some insight into your decision making.

At some point, you may run into areas that block your progress.  
I will be able to help you through those times when fear, anxiety
or procrastination get in your way.
-------------
We will celebrate your achievements,
small and large as you move closer to your goal.  

This is your time and the focus is on what
YOU want from your life.
