| Let me Introduce myself My name is Gail Brokaw and I am a certified Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I help women design an approach to a more balanced and satisfying life. Life Transitions and Changes can be rewarding experiences that stretch us and provide the opportunity for the growth that increases inner peace, joy and appreciation. Embrace the Possibility. I help women realize their true values and the importance of living their lives based on those values which will improve their life balance, life satisfaction, and appreciation for each day lived. I understand young mothers trying to balance family and outside responsibilities. Our family moved to several states during our marriage and we experienced those transitions from California to Florida to Alaska to Hawaii and back to California. I went back to school in my thirties, studied art and finished my Bachelor’s Degree in General Design. I worked in a real estate publishing company for several years. In my forties I went back to school again to earn my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology while working as an Administrative Manager for an Environmental Consulting Firm and then went on to work in the mental health field. I’ve been through a divorce and experienced life as a single mother. I have made changes and transitions in my life and understand the fear, excitement and challenges that go along with those transitions. Now I’m looking forward to the next transition of life which some call retirement. I call it the rediscover age. It’s time for us to rediscover who we are and redesign the next journey of our life. Each stage of my life has brought great challenges and opportunities for growth. I have rediscovered myself, and redesigned my life in my 30’s, 40’s, and my 50’s. I believe that I bring an understanding and appreciation for life’s many transitions and challenges. It’s so important that we not forget ourselves, our interests and our souls as we go through life. No matter what we need to do or who we need to help, it's important to hold on to who we are and preserve the time we need to honor ourselves. Only then can we wholly give back to family, friends and work. My mission is to encourage, reflect and empower growth and balance in women who continue to stretch and transform their lives. I would love an opportunity to work with you to discover what your inner wisdom already knows. The answers are in you and together we can give action to those thoughts, feelings and desires. Email or call me to set up an appointment for your first two sessions at a reduced 1 -1/2 session fee, effectively giving you 1/2 session free. |
